ORDERS

Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered with your order. If you did not receive an email, it’s possible it was entered incorrectly with your order, or that it is in your junk folder. Check your junk folder and add info@lynxactive.com to your safe sender list. If you are still unable to find your confirmation, email us at orders@lynxactive.com, and we can resend and/or update the email associated with your order.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays! For more information, visit our Shipping page.

Does LYNX issue price adjustments on full price items for sale items that were discounted after I placed my order?
Lynx does not issue any price adjustments on regular priced items that go on sale or sale items that are discounted further at this time.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do this?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at orders@lynxactive.com Include your order number and “Change to Order” in the subject line.

Why isn’t my discount code working?
Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, discount codes or credit codes. If you are applying it to a full priced item with no other offers and you are still experiencing an issue, please reach out to our Customer Care team at orders@lynxactive.com.

 

SHIPPING

Will my parcel be charged international taxes and duties?
Lynx product ordered on lynxactive.com currently ships from USA. International orders outside of the US are most likely will be subject to Customs Duties and any other fees your country charges. These are to be paid by the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).

To avoid any surprises, please contact your local customs office to determine the charges before you place your order with us. If you refuse a shipment from Lynx, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If you would like us to re-send the package, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs for a second try.

 

RETURNS

I need to return something in my order. What is your return process?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of any unworn merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the original order's arrival.

Merchandise must be in unworn condition and must retain any labels attached to the garment. Merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging.

I sent an item back for a refund. How long until I receive my refund?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. You will be notified by email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to show up on your bank statement.

 

SIZE & FIT

I’m in between sizes. Should I go for the smaller or larger size?
We recommend you select the size that best matches your measurements from our Size Guide to start.
In between sizes based on the Size Guide? Start with your natural waist measurement. If your measurement is closer to the smaller size, you will likely find a comfortable fit with the compressive feel you are looking for in the smaller size. If you are really unsure, you can reach out to us at orders@lynxactive.com we are more than happy to help.

If your natural waist measurement is closer to the larger size, we recommend you select the larger size to find a comfortable fit in the waistband. Selecting the larger size of the two, when your measurements are in between, also ensures that the fabric does not overstretch and is squat-proof. Rest assured your leggings will not stretch out or sag. They have high stretch and recovery, so they always feel like they are hugging you.

 

GARMENT CARE

How should I wash my LYNX clothing?
You can find the instructions under ‘Fabric & Care’ and on the care label attached to the inside of the item. All styles can be machine washed in cold water on gentle cycle, inside out, with like colors. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. For best care hang to dry.
