RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We understand that some items don't work out. If our apparel does not work for you, we will gladly accept returned unworn and unwashed pieces within 14 days of the date you received your package for a full refund or exchange. Items must have original hang tag attached. If you are past the 14-day limit on returns, you have up to 30 days days for a store credit only.  

Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges duties or taxes Unfortunately. Please note there will be a $7 shipping and restocking fee for mail-in refunds, but exchange requests are free. If you’re submitting a return for store credit, your restocking fee will be waived. If you would like to return an item, please email info@lynxactive.com, quoting your order number, so we can issue a return authorization number. 

International (Outside of the US and Israel) We are happy to accept returns postmarked within 30 days of receipt, but we are unable to offer exchanges for our international customers at this time. Shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.. Sorry. 

For cash back-up to 14 days after ship date and up to 30 days for an online store credit. 

 STORE CREDIT

  • Store credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
  • Store credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our online store.
  • Store credit never expires
  • Store credit is provided in the method of your purchase.
